When we purchased my daughter's wedding dress we were offered a train bustle to be added. At no point was in mentioned that they don't expect these to work with heavy trains. As my daughters dress spent the majority of the evening on the floor it became really dirty. On calling a certain wedding dress shop in Iver to complain and ask for some help with the cleaning costs. It was at this point that I was told that they only hope the train bustles will hold and didn't even offer an apology!
