What year is it?

I think I have time-slipped back 100 years. Today (April 26th 2009) we have had through our letter box two letters from the Chalfonts Conservatives with postal vote request forms. One was addressed to my son aged 23 and the other to my husband. There were no letters for me (women over 30 allowed to vote since 1918)or my son aged 20 (over 18s allowed to vote since April 1969).
